We are seeking an IT Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Technical Certificate in IT or a related field and will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining networks, and supporting end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for IT systems, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end-users.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
Monitor and maintain the technology infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and updates.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in IT or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
