We are looking for a Personal Assistant who plays a key role in managing the administrative and personal tasks of an executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the employer.
Task Management
Prepare and manage documents, presentations, and reports.
Maintain a filing system for important documents and records.
Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
Personal Assistance
Run personal errands as needed (e.g., shopping, picking up items).
Coordination and Liaison
Act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members.
Coordinate with other team members or departments for seamless task execution.
Problem-Solving
Address unexpected issues promptly and efficiently.
Handle confidential manners with discretion and professionalism.
Event Planning and Organization
Plan and organize social or professional events.
Research venues, negotiate prices, and coordinate logistics.
Skills and Qualifications
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Time Management: Ability to manage tight schedules and deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and scheduling tools.
Discretion: High level of integrity when handling sensitive
information.
Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in finding solutions to challenges.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
College degree in business administration, communication, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role is highly valued.
Familiarity with the employer's industry or personal preferences is a plus.
