We are seeking a Sales Manager tasked with cultivating and nurturing brand awareness while fostering relationships with pivotal stakeholders, such as owners, operators and designers. This position offers the potential for progression to a regional sales management position, accompanied by enhanced earning potential and travel prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting qualified leads to progress to product interest and quoted opportunities.
Managing existing database to generate further opportunities.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers such as General Managers, F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, designers and consultants. Also, liaising with key stakeholders to fully understand clients’ needs and expectations.
Developing a holistic sales strategy working with the Company Sales Support Team.
Generating new business opportunities.
Essential Criteria
Experience in opening high value opportunities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internal and client-based.
Confidence in cold calling.
High level of emotional intelligence to successfully convert cold and warm calls.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management and organizational skills.
Skilled in CRM systems and using the available data to deliver results.
A strong work ethic and desire to develop yourself and others.
Desire to interact with different cultures and manage language barriers.
Flexibility in dealing with different time zones.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry – Management, Operations, Sales.
