The Key Accounts Manager will support the business development, operations, and administration functions of the client by focusing attention on customer accounts. These accounts often support multiple divisions within the company and are of strategic importance to company success. You will attract, maintain and retain top customer relationships. Communication, customer knowledge, strategic perspective, leadership, skilled negotiation, and strategic selling are key skills of the Key Accounts Manager.
Role Responsibilities:
Create and build long lasting strategic relationship with significant customers identified by Headquarters and within divisions
Meet and exceed sales and profitability goals established with Key Account customers
Generate leads and manage prospects for new business with Key Account customers
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer needs are met and identify upsell opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers at senior levels of the key account customer organization
Manage brand image and integrity by providing excellent service to existing accounts.
Directly support the business development and capture efforts to win and execute new business
Utilize the company processes and ERP tools
Write clearly and concisely and communicate effectively
Develop new programs, products, and services with other team members and convert to transaction-ready offerings that can be offered to our current and potential customers
Support the operational activities of the Team and ensure key customers are supported and satisfied with performance
Develop strategy, plans, and presentations for different selling situations and product lines
Objectively listen to and understand customer needs in order to recommend appropriate solutions
Act as a sales and customer support representative
Function as a project manager on projects and program requirements as required to ensure customer needs are met
Be an emissary and liaison for the company on business development, operations and administration activities and support other team members on their growth, development and performance
Support activities assigned and directed by Senior Managers
Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by the company values
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Sales or related field
Sales Training Certifications / PMP
Proven experience in key account management functions
Work in a cross-cultural/international environment
Experience working for an ISO Certified Company
Gross Monthly Salary: AED 18,000 per month
