An industry leader in providing packing solutions is seeking a Protein Account Manager to join their Middle East team. This role focuses on driving direct sales and building strategic relationships within the protein sector across the region, with a strong emphasis on Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Oman, and Egypt.

This role is responsible for driving direct sales and developing the sales and marketing strategy for Protein accounts in the Middle East, with a focus on securing and growing sales. Key responsibilities include meeting the protein sales budget, fostering a customer-centric culture, and implementing effective sales strategies and goals to achieve targets. Success requires strong commercial skills, effective sales and negotiation abilities, and a commitment to self-development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a customer-focused sales approach, ensuring satisfaction standards are metacross all interactions.

  • Meet or exceed the annual operating budget for orders, sales, and profit targets.

  • Own and drive key strategic accounts, with a focus on business development across designated territories.

  • Develop comprehensive account plans, both strategic and commercial, to increase sales within the protein sector.

  • Work closely with the wider sales team to develop relationships with international protein customers operating in the Middle East.

  • Manage competitor insights to adapt commercial strategies and identify growth opportunities.

  • Actively engage with senior customer contacts to build strong networks and deepen client partnerships.

  • Provide timely and accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven technical expertise and sales experience in and packaging capital equipment, specifically in the protein industry within the Middle East Region.

  • Strong structured sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision- making.

  • Fluent English (written and verbal), Preferred: Arabic Speaking

  • Experience in value selling and a solid record of measurable achievements in asimilar role.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Valid Driving License
