Responsibilities:
Oversee manpower deployment, logistics, and facility operations to ensure seamless workflows.
Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth, identifying opportunities and aligning operational processes.
Conduct workforce planning, perform gap analysis, and ensure compliance with labor regulations and industry standards.
Lead and manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and deadlines.
Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet management and training center efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards to maintain an exceptional learning environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
8–10 years of proven experience in operations, preferably in fleet management or a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of logistics, compliance frameworks, and operational best practices.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
