Job Title: Business Development Representative
Reports to: Head of Sales – Dubai
Salary: AED 8,000 per month

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client. As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base, nurturing leads, and supporting the overall sales strategy to promote innovative non-chemical water treatment and energy-saving technologies for HVAC systems. This is a remote working opportunity, offering flexibility while working with a global team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients across various industries, including hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate, and manufacturing.
Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound strategies to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Establish and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and industry networking.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position solutions as a value-added service.
Sales Support:
Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and other team members to refine sales strategies and deliver tailored presentations and product demos.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations to engage prospects and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay informed on market demands.
Report on market feedback and customer insights to help shape the product and sales strategy.
CRM Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software, tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and progress through the sales funnel.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress, forecasted opportunities, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role, preferably within the HVAC, sustainability, or energy efficiency sectors.
Proven track record of success in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and achieving sales goals.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen ability to understand technical products and their benefits to clients.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
