Responsibilities:
Lead the attraction and management of financing for various group companies
Negotiate credit lines and financing deals with banks and financial institutions
Monitor and support existing loan agreements and compliance with financial covenants
Manage internal loans between group companies and related parties
Organize property and liability insurance across the group, ensuring timely renewals
Analyze financial reports and models to identify risks and financing needs
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors on financial reporting
Review contract terms to safeguard the financial interests of the Group
Education & Experience:
Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications like CFA/CPA is a plus)
5+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking
At least 3 Years' Experience in a Big 4 Organization
Background in managing multi-entity or group company financing is highly desirable
Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial instruments, credit structuring, and loan portfolio management
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and risk assessment skills
Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally with legal, audit, and accounting teams
