​We’re looking for a talentedConference Producer who will confidently engage with expert speakers from around the world, selling them on the unique opportunity to showcase their expertise at our events. You’ll bring strong organizational skills to manage speakers and the event schedule on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Conference Production:

  • Develop and produce high-level, industry-relevant conference programs.

  • Collaborate with industry professionals, institutions, and companies to shape conference content.

  • Identify and secure top speakers, ensuring their participation and handling logistics.

  • Maintain and update the speaker database, ensuring accurate information for event management.

  • Create and communicate creative briefs to the Marketing team.

  • Lead telesales briefings and follow up on meetings to track progress.

  • Provide lead generation support for the Sponsorship team and attend sales meetings as needed.

  • Mentor junior conference producers within the team.

  • Conduct post-show analysis, including attendee job title analysis.

Market Research and Industry Networks:

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and engage with professionals to shape conference topics.

  • Generate new ideas for conference programs by meeting with key experts and conducting research.

  • Work with the Director and sales team to innovate and expand the conference portfolio, ideally recommending at least two new tracks per event.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, institutions, and companies relevant to the event.

  • Identify and target leading hospitals and organizations within the event's focus area.

  • Explore new ways to enhance delegate engagement, such as workshops, poster sessions, or partnering with associations.

Speaker & Delegate Liaison:

  • Maintain strong relationships with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.

  • Conduct at least 10 meetings per event day with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

  • Provide on-site event support as required, which may include extended working hours.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in conference production.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the event industry.

  • Experience in research-based roles and copywriting.

  • Awareness of industry trends and branding.

Desirable:

  • Arabic language skills.

  • Scientific or technical background.

  • Experience in a related industry or event production role.
