We are seeking an IT Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining networks, and supporting end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot network services (printing, email, internet access, file sharing, cameras, GPS).
Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and local area
network infrastructure .Educate coworkers on best practices for computer usage.
Support the day-to-day operations of our computer network .
Install new software and hardware components.
Assist in the development and improvement of IT systems.
Review diagnostics and evaluate system functionality and efficiency.
Providing technical support to company employees and troubleshooting computer problems.
Predicting and reporting the cost of replacing or upgrading computer components.
Follow up on cameras and repair any problem quickly in all branches.
Install and activate GPS devices on fleets.
Qualifications:
Must have a university degree in Information Technology or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in the same position .
Effective ability to troubleshoot.
Working knowledge of operating systems, software and related email issues.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
