We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support our client's CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in an ever-evolving workplace.
Note: This position is NOT suitable for those seeking a predictable routine or strictly office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
External Communication: Act as a point of contact for the CEO, managing stakeholder relationships, and handling PR communications like newsletters and articles.
Meetings & Appointments: Manage the CEO’s calendar, arrange meetings, and ensure all logistical needs are met, including minute-taking.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel, accommodations, and security logistics for both the CEO and their family.
Email & Message Management: Oversee and prioritize emails and messages, ensuring important matters are flagged to relevant departments.
Payments & Administrative Support: Handle online payments, manage personal bills, and maintain contact lists.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executives.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in office software.
Personal Attributes: Discreet, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Location: Must be based in Dubai and available on-site.
Flexibility: Occasional travel and availability outside standard business hours required.
