Role Overview:

We are seeking a self-driven and dynamic Business Development Executive specializing in job portals and its related services sales. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with a deep understanding of the web3 job market and software solutions. Experience of working with job portals will be a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Targets:

 

  • Identify new business opportunities within the web3 job industry.

  • Attend networking events to attract and retain clients.

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for subscription and additional services.

  • Set up meetings between client decision-makers and company leaders.

  • Develop proposals catering to client needs and objectives.

  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close deals to increase business volume.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound campaigns (cold-calls, emails, market visits).

 

Sales & Marketing:

 

  • Provide product demonstrations and training to clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Promote company products/services addressing client objectives.

  • Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation.

  • Collaborate with the business and marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and help improve the product to meet customers’ requirements.

 

Client Relationships:

 

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Conduct prospecting and lead follow-up from sales activities.

  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through effective account management.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.

 

Must-Have Skills:

 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Confidence to present and explain ideas to various audiences.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the SaaS, job boards and related industries.

  • Ability to work autonomously, self-reliant, and result-oriented.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

  • Experience and knowledge of the UAE, KSA, and USA markets.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

  • Possession of an established portfolio of corporate clients and educational institutions is advantageous.

  • Strong connections within the web3 job board industry will be a huge plus.
