We are seeking a dynamic MIS & ERP Program Manager responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of information systems and ERP solutions. This role aims to enhance operational efficiency and improve data management across the organization, particularly within the defense sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead programs for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of MIS and ERP systems.
Ensure alignment of ERP solutions with organizational goals, driving operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, manage project timelines, and oversee integration efforts.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or changes as needed.
Provide leadership and support in optimizing data management processes and enhancing workflow automation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a defense-related role, with proven experience managing MIS/ERP programs.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, project management, and system integration.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
