The ERP/MIS Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) and ERP solutions to streamline data management and support decision-making processes within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring efficient system operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements to meet organizational needs, particularly in the defense sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain ERP and MIS solutions that align with organizational goals.
Manage data integration, system configuration, and customization to enhance decision-making capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather system requirements and optimize information flow.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely updates and patches.
Support end-users through training and system support to maximize the use of ERP/MIS systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a defense-related role working with ERP/MIS systems.
Strong knowledge of database management, system integration, and IT infrastructure.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
