We are seeking a PMO Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating project management activities related to logistics and maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires close coordination with the ministry program office and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate logistics and maintenance project activities in the central region.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting quality standards.
Align project management processes with company objectives and strategic goals.
Liaise with the ministry program office to ensure alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in logistics and maintenance with a focus on MRO military vehicle projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on budget and timeline management.
Ability to liaise effectively with ministry program offices and other stakeholders.
Experience with PMO frameworks and methodologies is a plus.
