Our client is a dynamic fintech startup based in Dubai, focusing on cutting-edge financial technologies including a trading platform, crypto exchange platform, and metaverse projects. We are at the forefront of the blockchain revolution, bringing innovation to the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives, revenue targets, and business growth within the fintech and blockchain industries.

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to maximize their potential, ensuring they achieve both individual and team goals.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs within the fintech, crypto, and trading markets to identify business opportunities and growth areas.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, offering tailored financial solutions to align with their business needs and risk appetite.

  • Stay updated on market trends, blockchain technologies, and cryptocurrency regulations to deliver relevant insights and position offerings as top-tier solutions.

  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge on crypto exchange platforms, trading solutions, and emerging metaverse opportunities.

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols for all client transactions.

  • Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations regularly to ensure the team is on track to meet company goals.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to streamline processes, improve client experience, and foster cross-departmental efficiency.

  • Prepare and present sales performance reports and market insights to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

  • Stay informed about industry developments, new technologies, and best practices related to the trading platform, crypto exchange, and metaverse sectors.

  • Participate in industry events, workshops, and conferences to represent the client and expand the company’s network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.

  • In-depth understanding of trading platforms, crypto exchange platforms, and blockchain technologies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with regulatory compliance, particularly AML and KYC.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a passion for innovation and fintech.
