Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives, revenue targets, and business growth within the fintech and blockchain industries.
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to maximize their potential, ensuring they achieve both individual and team goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs within the fintech, crypto, and trading markets to identify business opportunities and growth areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, offering tailored financial solutions to align with their business needs and risk appetite.
Stay updated on market trends, blockchain technologies, and cryptocurrency regulations to deliver relevant insights and position offerings as top-tier solutions.
Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge on crypto exchange platforms, trading solutions, and emerging metaverse opportunities.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols for all client transactions.
Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations regularly to ensure the team is on track to meet company goals.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to streamline processes, improve client experience, and foster cross-departmental efficiency.
Prepare and present sales performance reports and market insights to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Stay informed about industry developments, new technologies, and best practices related to the trading platform, crypto exchange, and metaverse sectors.
Participate in industry events, workshops, and conferences to represent the client and expand the company’s network.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
In-depth understanding of trading platforms, crypto exchange platforms, and blockchain technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
Experience with regulatory compliance, particularly AML and KYC.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a passion for innovation and fintech.
